Alfred Parnell "A. P." Smith, Jr., age 71 passed away suddenly on Friday, February 14, 2020 at the Bacon County Hospital. He was born in Bacon County on January 31, 1949 to Alfred Parnell Smith, Sr. and Sara Smith. Besides his parents a sister Pat Hill preceded him in death.

Survivors include his daughter, Amy Smith Taylor of Bristol, GA., sister, Pam McCrea (Stanly) of Orange Park, FL. and brother-in-law, Jimmy Hill of Mershon.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 18 ^th at 11:00 AM at Martha Memorial Church Cemetery with Rev. R. B. Gaskins officiating.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
