Aline Ellis Rigdon, age 87, of Alma went to home to be with Lord on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 after an extended illness. She was born in Alma, Georgia on April 26, 1931 to Alvin Ellis and Minnie Hayes Ellis. Her husband T. J. Rigdon and a brother, Willie Lee Ellis preceded her in death. She was a member of Wolf Pit Congregational Methodist Church.

Survivors include six children, Tommy Rigdon (Joyce), Donnie Joe Rigdon (Deleen), Terry Wayne Rigdon (Willene), Jerone Rigdon (Shelia), Connie Adams (Jimmy) all of Alma and Melinda Johnson (Dwight) of Baxley, one brother, Vernnie Ellis (Elma) of Alma, 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 15 ^th at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Rigdon and Rev. Donnie Joe Rigdon officiating. Interment will follow in Wolf Pit Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Friday from 10:00 AM until funeral time.

Active pallbearers will be; Wayne Rigdon, Rodney Rigdon, Blaine Rigdon, Jimmy  Adams, Lance Johnson and Donnie Ray Anderson. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
