Angela Varnadore Stubbs, age 57, of Alma passed away suddenly January 25, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Ware County on December 7, 1965 but lived most of her life in Bacon County. She was preceded in death by her father Reverend Robert Eugene Varnadore. Angela was a member of Southside Church of God.

Angela was known for her outgoing personality, big laugh and her attitude of service. She loved her family and was especially proud of the life she built with her family here in Alma.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Stubbs; son, Thomas "Tommy" Cloud; mother, Audrey Carter Varnadore all of Alma; brother, Robert C. Varnadore (Pamela) and sister, Carla Moore (Gary) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; also several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Southside Church of God with Pastor Mark Carver and Pastor David Deen officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6 to 8 PM.
