Obituary
Ann T. Pope, age 65 of Hazlehurst passed away Thursday, July 11th in the Jeff Davis Hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Bacon County but had lived in Jeff Davis County since 1995. Ann was daughter of the late Felton Taylor and Okella Nettles Taylor.
Survivors include her husband of 18 years, H. L. Pope of Hazlehurst, two daughters, Sheila Ann Justice of Brunswick and Miranda Wilkinson of Sanford, FL., two step sons, Jay Pope of Glenwood, Ga. and Shaun Pope of Waycross, three brothers, Tracy Taylor and Royce Taylor of Alma and Grady Taylor of Yulee, FL., one sister, Marie Fiveash of Waycross, 7 grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 13th at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. R. B. Gaskins officiating.
