Anthony Wayne Scales, 67, of Nicholls passed away at his residence April 2, 2023 after a short illness. He was born September 14, 1955 in Galveston Texas to Elsworth Scales and Amelia Darza Solano Scales. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Kenneth and Paul Solano and sister, JoAnn Filidei.

Survivors include his fiancé, Pam Hayes and her daughter, Mikhela Anderson of Alma; and two sisters, Linda Lurty of Alma and Rebecca Brown (Jimmy) of Texas.

A memorial service will be held at  a later date.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
