Ashley Diane Rigdon, age 38, of Alma passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 7, 2020. She was born in Bacon County on August 20, 1982 to Donnie Joe Rigdon and Brenda Deleen Anderson Rigdon. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, T. J. Rigdon and Aline Rigdon and maternal grandparents, D. S. Anderson and Aleene Nettles Anderson.

Along with her parents she is survived by her daughter, Braylee Brook Carter of Alma, two sisters, Teesa Thompson (Aaron) and Christy Treat (Stacy) both of Alma, a special friend, Robert Carbaugh of Waycross, nieces and nephews, Kayla Craven, Kelsey Treat, Kinsley Thompson, Trenton Cothern and Keaton Treat and great nephew Remington Craven.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Carter and Bro. Jerone Rigdon officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Sunday from 1:00 PM until funeral time.

Active pallbearers will be; Stacy Treat, Aaron Thompson, Keaton Treat, Trenton Cothern, Richard Stevens and Jeff Davis. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
