Betty Ann Valencia, age 81, of California passed away July 23rd, 2015. She was a native of Bacon County, but she has lived most of her life in California. She is the daughter of the late Virgil Barber and Leona Peacock Barber. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Valencia, Jr. a son, Rickey Valencia, two brothers, Billy Howard Barber and Bobby Estus Barber and a sister, Beaula (Bea) Barber Smith.

Survivors include a daughter, Debra Valencia of Medesto, CA., two grand kids, Melisa & Brandon Valencia of Medesto, CA., a sister, Bonnie Sue Higgins of Milton, FL.; also aunts, uncles and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial services will be held Saturday, September 12th, 2015 at Big Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Eason officiating.
