Billy Varnedore, age 91, of Nicholls passed away December 27, 2024 at his residence after an extended illness. He was son of the late Shafter Varnedore and Essie Mae Meeks Varnedore and preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ann Varnedore and two brothers, Bobby Varnedore and Ronnie Varnedore.

Survivors include his loving wife of 71 years, Nora Willene Varnedore; daughter, Wanda Deen (Buddy); four grandchildren, Brian Deen, Michael Deen, Mandi Cody and Dillon Cody; two great-grandchildren, Scott Deen and Dalton Cody; brother, Danny Varnedore and sister, Linda Varnedore.

A graveside service will be held Monday, December 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Wolf Pit Cemetery with Pastor officiating.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
