Bob Williams, age 78, of Alma passed away June 17th at the Bacon County Hospital after an extended illness. He was a native of Bacon County and son of the late Lemuel Williams and Mary Kizzie Watson Williams McCool. Bob was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Edward Williams, grandson, John Wesley Dennison, three brothers, Lemuel Williams, Jr., Causey Williams and Lambert Williams and three sisters, Sammy Love Hiller, Mary Abbott and Grace Outlaw.

Survivors include two daughters, Robin Crosby (Alvin) and Sherry Leggett (Tommy) and there mother, Julia Wade Harris of Baxley, two grandchildren, Mike Crosby, Kandace Solorio, two great-grandchildren, Dulce and Elijah Solorio all of Baxley.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 26nd at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Hopewell Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until funeral time.
