Andrew Brady Lewis, Jr., age 89, passed away on October 27, 2020 at Twin Oaks Nursing Home after a short illness. He was born in Bacon County on June 27, 1931 to Andrew Brady Lewis, Sr. and Zilpha Johnson Lewis. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Joyce Riddle, brother, Benny Lewis and two sisters, Mary Ruth Lewis and Betty Lewis Cranford. He was a member of Unity Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Eula Mae Varnadore Lewis, one son, Roy Lewis and wife Gwen of Alma, two grandchildren, Andy Lewis and wife Melissa of Alma and Adam Riddle of Baxley, three great-grandchildren, Ethan, Ava and Ella Lewis of Alma, son-in-law, Richard Riddle of Baxley, and one sister, Virginia Hutcheson and husband Darrel of Rincon.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Unity Baptist Church with Rev. Donnie Mullis and Rev. Eric Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the church from 1:00 Pm until funeral time.

Active pallbearers will be; Andy Lewis, Adam Riddle, David Lasiter, Craig Hutcheson, Derek Hutcheson and Ethan Lewis. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
