Burnis Eugene "Buck" Harnage, age 82, of Alma passed away February 11, 2024 at St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital.

Mr. Harnage was born on May 7, 1941 in Jacksonville, Florida, the son of the late Guy Edison Harnage and Edna Murray Harnage. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Nelda Simmons Harnage, grandson, Brady Harnage, brother, Bernie Harnage, sisters Wylene Martin, Carol Healey, Hazel Harnage and Guytha Restall.

Mr. Harnage served in the US Air Force.

Survivors include his sons, Brandyn E. Harnage (Marie), Benjie E. Harnage and Brian E. Harnage; grandchildren Brandyn Harnage, Jr (Marj), Amanda Harnage and Haydyn Harnage; great-grandchildren, Bohen Harnage, Parker Mae Harnage and Remington Jun Harnage and brothers Nolan Harnage and Benny Harnage (April).

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
