Cameron Ethan Gill, age 24, of Waycross died suddenly Wednesday February 12 ^th , 2014 at the Mayo Health Systems in Waycross.  He was a native of Ware County and attended Waycross High School and was a member of Hebardville Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Willie Jerry Lee.

Survivors include his parents, Timothy (Timmy) Phillip Thompson and Karen (Lisa) Lee Thompson of Waycross, maternal grandmother, Cheryl Gainey Boatright of Waycross, paternal grandmother, Aldine Grueshesky of Texas, paternal grandfather, Marvin Gill of South Carolina, a brother, Caleb Dylan Thompson of Waycross.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Timmy Oliver officiating and a eulogy by Cheryl Boatright.  Interment will follow in Old Pinegrove Church Cemetery in Bacon County.  The family is meeting in Waycross at the home of Cheryl Boatright at 1100 Atlantic Avenue.  They will be receiving friends at the funeral home Saturday evening between 6 and 9 P M.

Active pallbearers will be, Billy Pratter, Steve Tomlinson, Johnny and David Gainey, Bobby Crosby and Frankie McDaniel. All others in attendance will be considered as honorary.
