Candis V. Metts, age 52, of Alma passed away suddenly May 20, 2023 at Bacon County Hospital.

Survivors include her parents, William Thomas Metts and Rhonda Mullis Metts of Alma; three children, Ashlei Aycock (husband Travis), Lessie Caroline Lady (husband Jerry) and Derek Kyler Metts all of Alma; two brothers, Kevin Metts (wife Brandi) of Blackshear and Will Metts (wife Candi) of Alma; one sister, Kyra Metts of Mershon; also five grandchildren, Carter Dyal, Jeri Rae and Addison Aycock, Cohen and Henry Lady.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Mullis and Bishop R. B. Gaskins officiating.

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM.

Final disposition will be by cremation.
