Caroldean Crosby, age 80, of Baxley passed away Sunday, December 22nd at her residence after an extended illness. She was daughter of the late Ben Williams and Ollie Mae Rowell Williams and preceded in death by her husband John Crosby, a son, Ricky Crosby and brother, Bartow Crosby. She was a member of Satilla Baptist Church.

Survivors include four sons, Larry Crosby (Joyce), Tarry Crosby, Tim Crosby (Sandra) and Keith Crosby (Tina) all of Baxley, three brothers, George Williams & Roosevelt Willams of Brunswick, and David Williams of Baxley, two sisters, Margaret Carter and Rosene Carter of Baxley, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 24th at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Conger officiating. Interment will follow in Satilla Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday evening between 6 and 8 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Darrell Everett, Cliff Crosby, Matt Hickox, Stanley and Randy Griffin and Josh Yawn. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
