Charles Roy Newberry ,age 73, of Nicholls passed away on September 22, 2020 at the Bacon County Hospital.
He was born in Bacon County May 22, 1947 to William A. Newberry and Etta Mae Courson Newberry.

Mr Newberry is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carol Lee Shreve Newberry of Nicholls, three children, Cyndi Hughes (Tom) of Hobe Sound, FL., Roy Newberry (Regina) of Alma and Ray Newberry of Broxton, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, brother, Billy Newberry (Yvonne) of Alma, two sisters, Terri Newberry of Alma and Carolyn Hodge of Callahan, Fl., many nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Pine Lawn Cemetery where Pastor Danny Horne and Andrew Newberry officiated.

Crosby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
