Obituary
Christine Lee Brown, age 81 of Jacksonville, Fl. died suddenly at her residence Friday July 22, 2016. She was a native of Coffee County and the daughter of the late Prince Albert Lee Sr. and Ada Kirkland Lee. She was retired from Prudential Life Insurance Co. and a member of Bethel Temple Assembly of God.
She was also preceded in death by one sister Geraldine Lee Carter.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years Frank Brown Sr., a son Frank Leroy Brown Jr. (Sara) and a daughter Patricia Lee Long all of Jacksonville, Fl., five brothers Carlis, J.V., Donnie, P.A. all of Nicholls, and Virgil Lee of Douglas, one sister Mary Lois Nettles of Palatka, Fl., a grandson Adam Roswell Long and great-granddaughter Nadia Ann Long.
Funeral services will be held Monday July 25th, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Lee and Rev. Noel Roberts officiating. Internment will be in Chatterton Cemetery. The family will be receiving guest Monday morning at 10:00 A.M. until funeral time.
Active pallbearers will be Bobby Kirkland, Tracy Carter, Gene Lee, and Billy Lee. Honorary pallbearers are members of Bethel Temple Assembly of God.
Crosby Funeral home is in charge of all arrangements.
