Clovis Lafaye Barber Music, age 83, of Alma passed away Sunday, December 18th at Twin Oaks Nursing Home after an extended illness. She was daughter of the late Dave Barber and Beulah Holton Barber. Clovis was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years William Alfred Music, granddaughter, Kiley Music, brother, Darrell Barber and two sisters, Helen White and Grace Tanner.

Survivors include four sons, Eddie Music (Melanie), David Music (Lisa), Roy Music (Susan) of Alma and Daniel Music (Ramona) of Brantley County, one brother, Carlos Barber of Fitzgerald, GA., a sister, Dennie Nell Bagley (Earl) of Ocilla, GA.; also 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 21st at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Clint Carter officiating. Interment will follow in Mims Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 to 9 PM.

Honorary pallbearers will be; Bacon County Senior Center, Evelyn Steedley and Twin Oaks Nursing Home.
