Colby Stephen Moore, age 46, of Alma passed away suddenly March 4, 2023 in Ware County.  He was a 1994 graduate of Bacon County High School and was attending New Lacy Church of God and Lee's Chapel Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Tammy Meeks Moore; parents, Carl Moore and Gail Sears Moore of Alma; sister, Allison Boatright of Alma; stepdaughter, Ashley Nicole Gunter of Waycross; step grandchildren, Brayden and Conner Nipper of Waycross; maternal grandmother, Magdalene Sears of Alma; mother-in- law, Mary Meeks of Alma and three nephews, Seth Knight, Asher & Conner Boatright. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack Sears, Frank C. Moore and Pauline and Treeman Westberry and  father-in-law, Jerry Meeks.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Lee's Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Rivera and Rev. Greg Delk officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Seth Knight, Asher Boatright, Connor Boatright, Shane Taylor, Allen Dunlap and Ricky Giles. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
