Dalton Wayne Edwards, age 32, of Alma passed away Friday, September 22, 2023 after a short illness. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gerald and Vina Edwards and maternal grandparents, Albert "Peewee" and Willene Sellers.

Mr. Edwards was a member of the Bacon County Class of 2009.

Survivors include his wife of four years, Lana Tanner Edwards; four children, Jase Edwards, Adalynn Edwards, Mollie Edwards and Emma Edwards; his parents, Daniel and Sandy Sellers Edwards; sister, Amber McDonald (Patrick) and nephew, Zepplin McDonald.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Pastor Darren Sermons officiating.  Interment will follow in the Johnson Farm Cemetery on Sanderling Rd. Alma, GA.

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday evening between 6 and 8 PM.

Active pallbearers will be; Lance Tanner, Andrew Hayes, Koby Davis, Trey Sweat, Aaron Anderson, Chuck Thomas and Donnie Sellers. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
