Daniel Thomas Grayson, age 16, passed away May 13, 2025. He is the son of Thomas Grayson, Jr and Kayla Mixon Grayson.

He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, W.F. Taylor and Thomas E. Grayson, Sr; grandmother, Terri Droweingo; great grandmother, Geraldine Mixon; great uncle, Thomas Mixon, and great-great aunt Pat Corbitt.

He is survived by his brothers, Luke and Cameron Grayson; grandfathers, Kendall Droweingo and Jessie Crews (Marie); great grandmother, Louise Taylor; Uncle Michael Taylor (Naomi), Uncle Brian Tanner (Regina), Uncle Adam Grayson (Rebecca Simmons), Aunt Edye Herrington (Jamie Newkirk), Uncle James Hadley, and Uncle Zach Mixon.

He was a member of Bacon County High School and the Bacon County Wrestling team. He attended Sonrise Church.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 19, 2025, at 2 PM in the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Miles and Rev. Mike Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, May 18 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Active pallbearers include Jacob Howell, Trenton Howell, Peyton Tanner, Mason Tanner, Daniel Davis, and David Davis.

Honorary pallbearers include the Bacon County Sophomore Class.
