Danny Scott Martin, age 50, of Alma died suddenly early Sunday morning March 10th, 2013 at his home. He was a native of Bacon County and was preceded in death by a brother, Ferrell Martin.

Survivors include his parents, William (Bill) Martin and Murle Lightsey Martin of Alma, a daughter, Cheyenne Taylor of Douglas, two brothers, Randy Martin (Sonja) of Alma, Greg Martin (Susan) of Orange Park, Fl, a sister, Rhonda Gail Kaeck (Steve) of Alma.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 o'clock from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Carver, Rev. Jimmy Miles and Rev. Ricky McLaughlin officiating. Interment will follow in Zoar Church Cemetery in Appling County. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening between 6 and 9 P M.

Active pallbearers will be, Steve Steedley, Bill Hyers, Dewayne Thomas, Mike Spivey, Ricky (Hip) Boatright and Tim Nobles. All others in attendance will be considered as honorary.
