Linda Darnell Jordan, age 64, of Blackshear passed away on November 7, 2021 at her residence. She was a native of Bacon County and daughter of the late Joe Willis Jordan and Dalphine Barber Jordan. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by uncle, William Fulton Barber. She was employed with Bacon County Hospital for many years.

Survivors include two children, Jade Hodges (Logan) of Alma and Trevor Dampier (Morgan Lee) of Blackshear; grandson, Beau Manin Hodges; four sisters, Diane Turner (Rev. Randy), Lisa Nobles (Tim) and Kristi Hand of Alma and Teresa Harbin (Malcolm) of Atlanta; nieces and nephews, Lacey Yeomans (Charlie) and Maddi Hand (Caleb Johnson), Brock Turner, Kellan Nobles (Hannah) and Peyton Nobles; also several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Turner and Rev. Pet Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral Saturday from 1:00 PM until funeral time.

Active pallbearers will be; Kellan Nobles, Peyton Nobles, Charlie Yeomans, Caleb Johnson, Hamp Goble and Grant Gilliard. Honorary pallbearers will be; Employees of Bacon County Hospital.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
