David Lewis Edwards, age 66, of Nicholls, GA passed away December 03, 2025, after a short illness. He was born October 18,1959 to the late Gerald Gaines Edwards and Vina Garrett Edwards. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his nephew Dalton Edwards.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sonya Edwards; son, Kyle Edwards of Valdosta; daughter, Kimberly McLean (Dylan) of Kathleen, GA; grandson, Beckett McLean; brother, Daniel Edwards (Sandy) of Alma and sister Debra Beverley (Bill) of Waycross; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A graveside service will be held, Monday December 08, 2025, at Pine Lawn Cemetery at 2 P.M. with Rev. Marshall Adcock officiating and eulogy by Kimberly McLean, read by Dylan McLean. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Sunday from 6-8 P.M.
