Debra Anne Waters, age 66, passed away April 15, 2025, after an extended illness. She is the daughter of the late Arlie Burnam and Dorothy Hill Burnam. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Wayne Waters; two brothers, Gerald Burnam (Patsy) and W.L. Burnam; one sister, Pam Piche; one brother-in-law, Gary Waters; 2 sisters-in-law, Melinda Burnam and Sandra Wilson and a beloved niece, Joy Burnam.

She is survived by five brothers, Dailey Wilson, Don Burnam (Ann), Mickey Burnam (Debby), Kenny Burnam (Lori), and Terry Burnam (Pim); two sisters, Lynn Rentz (Rod) and Betty Callahan (Bob). Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Debra was salutatorian of the Nicholls High School Class of 1977.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel at Crosby Funeral Home Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 11 AM with Rev. David Deen officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 AM until service time.
