Delynn Tanner Hughes, age 55, of Jesup passed away Wednesday, April 3rd at Altamah Hospice in Jesup after an extended illness. She was a native of Clinch County but had lived in Bacon County the past twelve years. Delynn was daughter of the late T.G. Tanner and Nellie Faye Courson Tanner Strickland and preceded in death by a brother, Shelton Tanner. She was a member of Harvest Renewal Worship Center in Nicholls.

Survivors include two sons, Jonathan Mullis and Eric Hughes of Jacksonville, FL., two daughters, Dana Mullis of Waycross and Christy Whiltey (Andy) of Alma, four sisters, Patricia Daniel & Rosie Phelp of Jesup, Annette Williamson and Jean Large of Baxley also eleven grandchildren survive.

Graveside Saturday, April 6th at 2:00 PM at Meeks Cemetery with Pastor Nathan Greer officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Saturday morning from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
