William Dennis Cromer, age 71, of Alma passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Bacon County Hospital. He was born in Tifton, Georgia on April 20, 1949 to James Presley Cromer and Margaret LeSeur Cromer. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and Royce Cromer. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Crawfordville, FL.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Lila Steedley Cromer of Alma, three children, Denise Rogers (De) of Leesburg, GA., Shane Gaskins (Lesley) of Mershon, GA. and Stacy Gaskins of Tampa, FL., one brother, Larry Cromer of Chula, GA., one sister, Linda Bankston (Raymond) of Locust Grove, GA., five grandchildren, Devin Rogers, Derry Rogers, Daisy Moore, Dusty Gaskins and Dixie Gaskins and one great-granddaughter, Bentleigh Gaskins.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, October 21 ^st at 2:00 PM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery Chula, GA. with Rev. Kerry Steedley officiating.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
