Dollie Mae Rowland, age82, of Alma passed away at Twin Oaks Nursing Home on Thursday, July 26, 2018 after an extended illness. She was born in Bacon County on June 13, 1936 to the late Major Dob Williams and Cleo Thornton Williams. Her husband George Howard Rowland, a brother, Richard Williams, half brother, Jim L. Taylor and a half sister, Leola Taylor preceded her in death.

Survivors include four sisters, Betty Jean Rowland (Leon), Janelle Mikell (Jimmy) of Alma, Glenda Peacock (Joe) of Mershon and Barbara Hadden of Baxley.

Funeral services will Saturday, July 28 ^th at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Thrift and Rev. Jeff Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.

There'll be no public visitation.
