Dona Ree Tatch, age 54, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Wednesday, January 21st at Shands in Jacksonville after an extended illness. She was a native of Dallas, Texas but had lived in Jacksonville for many years. Dona was daughter of the late Ray Charles Tatch. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her mother, Jan Mathews Tatch of Alma, two sons, Timothy Dwight Altman, Jr. (Christy) of Callahan, FL. and Matthew Ray Altman (Juilian) of Memphis, TN., two brothers, Steven Michael Tatch of Cairo, Ga., and Mark Allen Tatch (Tracey) of Jacksonville, FL., 4 grandchildren, Tristyn, Riley, Zach & Marley Altman, 2 special friends, Deidra Fellows and James Brown and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 26th at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rob Atkinson, Danny Turner officiating and eulogies given by Matthew Altman and Mark Tatch. Burial will take place in Lake Park Cemetery in Lake Park, Ga. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Monday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

Active pallbearers will be; Jake Phillips, Ronnie Sauls, Ricky Mathis, Jim Arnold,Stephen Griner and Charles Tatch. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

The family ask that food be taken to the Alma Church Christ and all is welcome to eat lunch with them from to 11:00 AM-12:00 PM Monday.
