Donald Lee Fritz, age 66, passed away peacefully August 11, 2025, after a brief illness. He was born October 16, 1958, in Traverse City, MI to the late Fredrick E. Fritz and Dolores E. Malbouef Fritz. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Fritz and his sister, Katherine Reicha.

He served in the United States Air Force.

He had been employed with Industrial Forge since 1989.

He is survived by one brother, Richard Fritz of Michigan; three sisters, Patricia Hobson (Ott) of Michigan, Carol Hector (Steve) of Michigan, and Barbara Fritz Morris (Russell) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by his beloved work family.

A celebration of life will be held in his honor at Industrial Forge, 1906 W. 12th Street Alma, GA, Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 12 PM.
