Donald Greer, age 68, of Ellabell, Georgia passed away November 7, 2023 at St. Joseph's/ Candler Hospital in Savannah after an extended illness. He was born January 30, 1955 in Coffee County to the late Andrew Jackson Greer and Creasie Douglas Greer. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters, Geraldine Thomas, Gelene Watson and Christine Carroll.

Mr. Greer was retired from the Kennickell Printing Company.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Brenda Allen Greer of Ellabell; three children, Donald Jason Greer of Guyton, Jennifer Jones (Eugene) of Rincon and Creasie Melissa Sweeley (Jason Massey) of Ellabell; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and brother, Ronald Greer of Hazlehurst.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 12:30 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Pastor Steve McCoy officiating. Interment will follow in Moore Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Saturday morning from 11:00 AM until service time.

Active pallbearers will be: Eugene Jones, Jason Cole Greer, Jason Massey, Wyatt Sweeley, Jonathan Thurairajsingam and Kenny Dyal. Honorary pallbearers will be; Kenny Brewer and all other in attendance.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
