Donnie Ray Dyal, age 68, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at St. Vincent's Hospital after a short illness. He was born on January 30, 1952 in Bacon County to Tommie Dyal and Minnie Lee Dixon Dyal. Besides his parents his son, Bryan Dyal and stepfather, Warnie Dyal, preceded him in death.

Donnie was the owner and operator of Aire-O-Lite Optical Incorporated for 42 years. He was a dedicated husband, daddy, and Grandaddy that spent his entire life loving, supporting, and providing for his family. He loved the Lord with his whole heart and if you ever came in contact with him, it was evident. He taught his family well that God is our help in time of need and that for every trial; God has a plan and a purpose. He was a true fisher of men and his sole desire was to please his Heavenly Father.

Mr. Dyal is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jane Robinson Dyal, daughter, Renee Sweat and husband Levy, daughter-in-law, Angie Dyal, five grandchildren, Dawson, Eli and Nate Dyal, Lexie and Landon Sweat all of Alma, four brothers, Edgar Dyal (Laverne), Eugene Dyal (Sherry), Wayne Dyal all of Alma and Roscoe Dyal (Carol) of Colorado.

Private family graveside will be held Friday, September 25, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dan Taylor and Rev. Vic Peacock officiating.
