Edmond H. Hersey, age 78, of Nicholls passed away on July 20, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center after a short illness. He was born on May 5, 1942 in Ware County to Harley Hersey and Ardlia Phillip Hersey. Mr. Hersey had made Nicholls his home for 57 years.  He was a member of Hope Holiness Church of Nicholls.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, J. W. Hersey and Warnie Hersey and a sister, Lavene Davidson.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Charlotte Crosby Hersey of Nicholls, two sons Tracy Hersey and Michael Hersey and wife Sandy of Nicholls, one sister Agnes Snipes and husband Billy of Jacksonville, FL., 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 23 ^rd at 10:30 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Bro. Eddie Burkett officiating.

Active pallbearers will be; Danny Hersey, Jimmy Hersey, Dustin King, Todd Hersey, Stacy Hersey and Larry Hersey.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
