Edna Joyce Douglas, age 92, of Alma passed away at her residence on Friday, September 24, 2021. Born on November 22, 1928 in Jacksonville, Florida but had lived most of her life in Alma. She was daughter of the Dewey C. Anderson and Lucy Phillips Anderson.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Edward Douglas; son, Randy Holton; sister, Dorothy Tyre and great-grandson, Mason Taft. Survivors include three daughters, Tina Herman (Butch) of Alma, Brenda Phillips of Putnam County, FL. and Kay Woods of Reidsville, GA; brother, Glenn Anderson (Pat) of Texas; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Ray officiating. Interment will follow in the Douglas Family Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 10:00 Am until funeral time.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
