Ellen Ruth Davis, age 84, of Jesup died Wednesday April 10, 2024 at her home after a short illness. She was a native of Bacon County and the daughter of the late Albert and Juanita Dixon McLean.  Her husband Ronnie Davis and a granddaughter Brittney Mallard also preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son Kevin Davis (Mary) of South Carolina and daughter Laurie Mallard (Gill) of Jesup, sisters Eleanor McLean Brown and Linda Deen of Alma, 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Friday April 12th at 2 PM at Pine Lawn Cemetery with Rev Lamar Christie officiating. In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations be made to Hospice of South Georgia.
