Florence Cothern Nall age 80 of Alma died Sunday November 30th, 2014 at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah after a short illness. She was a native of Ben Hill County but had lived in Bacon County most of her life. Florence was daughter of the late James Alvin Cothern and Martha Leona Scott Cothern and was also preceded in death by two sons, Ronald Gregory Nall and Samuel Wade Nall, two brothers, James Hubert Cothern and Gilbert Cothern, two brothers-in-law, Jack Sears and Lany Raulerson. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Kenneth Wayne Nall (Sabrina) of Broxton, two brothers, David Cothern (Betty), Don Cothern (Martha), four sisters, Magdalene Sears, Nadine Crosby (McCoy), Martha Wade (Ronald) and Dorothy Raulerson all of Alma, two grandchildren, Lake Nall and Mikelle Solomon both of Broxton, two sisters-in-law, Clarice Cothern and Eula Cothern Matthews of Alma.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. at 2:00 o'clock at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Miles officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening between 6 and 9 P M.

Active pallbearers will be, Lake Nall, Steve Crosby, Mitch Sears, Andy, Ned and Reese Cothern. Honorary pallbearers will be; Bert Cothern, Lee Sears, Bob Raulerson, Lance & Brent Cothern, Stacy & Art Cothern and Staff & residents of Twin Oaks Nursing Home.
