Fostine Hyers Tyrrell, age 89, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on December 31, 2017 at St. Vincent's Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Bacon County on May 6, 1928  Vera Hyers Jones. Her husband, James Robin Tyrrell, five brothers, Jimmy Hyers, Joe Jones, Robert Hyers, Cleon Jones and Earl Jones and a sister; Sharron Delama Jones preceded her in death.

Mrs. Tyrrell is survived by three sons, Jimmy Wayne Tyrrell, Robert Tyrrell, David Tyrrell, one daughter, Brenda Richards (Mike), one brother, Billy E. Hyers, all of Jacksonville, FL., and a sister, Denell Wood (Woody) of Alma; also four grandchildren, Sean Smith, Michael & Daniel Richards and Mikayla Tyrrell of Jacksonville, FL. and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral services will be held Friday, January 5 ^th at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. R. B. Gaskins officiating. Interment will follow in Ten Mile Church Cemetery. The family will be having visitation one hour before the funeral.

Active pallbearers will be; Sean Smith, Michael Richards, Daniel Richards, Landon Wood, Jim Wood, Garrett Wood and Hayden Richards. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
