Frank Leroy Brown, Sr., age 90, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away suddenly at St. Vincent's Hospital on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. He was born in Plant City, Florida on September 6, 1929 to Homer J. Brown and Mabel Amelia Roberts Brown. Besides his parents his wife Christine Lee Brown, brother Irvin A. Brown, sisters Florence Warren, Frances Estelle Head and Audrey Mazer preceded him in death.

Mr. Brown served in the US Army, retired from the Jacksonville Shipyard and was a member of the Gospel Light House Church.

Survivors include two children Frank Leroy Brown, Jr. (Sarah Ronell Brown) and Patricia Lee Long of Jacksonville, FL., brother Omer J. Brown (Laura) of Orange Park, FL. and 2 grandchildren Nadia Ann Long and Mya Gomez.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 23 ^rd at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. J. R. McQuire officiating. Interment will follow in the Chatterton Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM Saturday until funeral time.

Active pallbearers will be; James Brown, Gene Lee and Tracy Carter. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
