Fred David Park, 87, of Alma passed away August 14, 2023 at Twin Oaks Nursing Home after an extended illness.  He was a native of Bacon County and son of the late Fred Aldine Park and Belle Webb Park. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mamie Genell Thompson Park; son, Earl Park; Brother, Boyd Park and sisters, Dorothy Combs, Mary Hawkins and Ila Sweat.

Mr. Park was a member of Live Oak Church of God in Hinesville, GA.

Survivors include four children, Lynn Park Bulla (Tim) of Hull, GA, Troy Simmons (Amy) of Callahan, FL, Sandi Boatright and Norma Browder of Alma; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Rose Hill Cemetery. Eulogies will given by family and friends.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
