Garrett Randal Hendricks, age 14, of Alma passed away September 3, 2024 at his residence after an extended illness.

Garrett is survived by his parents, Josh Hendricks and Ashley Rewis Hendricks, brother, Zane Hendricks of Alma, paternal grandfather, Randy Hendricks of Nahunta, maternal grandfather, Johnny Rewis of Alma, paternal great-grandmother, Mary Hendricks of Nahunta, aunts, April Music (Dan) of Brantley County, Penny Varnadore (Michael) of Alma, Alyson Roberson (Josh) of Hortense and Lindsey Horton (Mark) of Alma, cousins, Braylee & Braxton Music, Blake Varnadore, Marshall Roberson, Kaid, Jaxson and Charlotte Horton. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Wanda Hendricks, maternal grandmother, Charlotte Rewis and great grandfather, Bo Hendricks.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 6, 2024 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby Bentley officiating. Interment will follow in Knox Cemetery in Brantley County. The family will be receiving at the funeral home Friday from 12:00 PM until service time.

Active pallbearers will be Randy Hendricks, Johnny Rewis, Dan Music and Braxton Music. All others will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
