Grace Cothern, age 86 passed away at her home on March 06, 2025,after a short illness. She is the daughter of the late Alvin Cothren and Emma Taylor Cothren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Henry Cothern; son Larry Cothern; two granddaughters, Mandi and Wendi Cothern.

Survivors include one son, Jimmy Bruce Cothern of Alma; daughter, Sherry Yearty; daughter/ granddaughter Shannon Taylor (Jeffrey) of Alma; grandson, Adam Yearty; twelve great-grandchildren, and nine great- great grandchildren also survive.

A graveside will be held Monday, March 10, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Pine Lawn Cemetery with Pastor Pet Hayes and Pastor Jeffrey Taylor officiating.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
