Grace Marie Gilliard Gray, age 87 of Nicholls, passed away Thursday February 1st at home after a short illness. She was retired from Southeastern Bank, a native of Coffee County and the daughter of the late Willie Cliff and Valteen Stevens Gilliard. Her husband James Ferrell "Bob" Gray, 2 brothers Hubert Gilliard and Buford Gilliard, and a sister Minnie Lingenfelter also preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son Leon C. Gray (Lorinda), daughter Becky McKinnon (Tony), and 4 grandchildren Megan Gray Kennedy, Johnathan L. Gray, Ciera McKinnon Bagley, and Ashley McLean all of Nicholls.

Funeral services will be held Saturday February 3rd at 2 pm at Saginaw Baptist Church with Rev. L.G. Aldridge officiating. Active pallbearers include Ashley Davis, Rob Harrell, Cody Kirkland, Kenny Lamb, Kendell Lamb, and Jason Gilliard. Honorary pallbearers are members of the Saginaw Sr. Adult Sunday School Class. The family will be receiving friends from 1-2 PM before the service. Interment will be at Douglas Family cemetery.
