Obituary
Gwen Cole, age 76, of Alma passed away on September 17th at the Bacon County Hospital after an extended illness. She was daughter of the late John Wesley "Doc" Cole and Pauline Cole and preceded in death by a sister Shirley Grover.
Survivors include three sisters, Minnie Jo Sumner of Nicholls, Mary Zazella (Frank) of Phoenix, AZ. and Johnnie Loffell (Milt Freemon) of Pittsville, Mass.; also several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Crosby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
