Obituary
Howard "Tuck" Boatright, age 77, of Mershon passed away Thursday, December 29, 16 at the Bacon County Hospital after an extended illness. He was son of the late Ruben Thomas Boatright and Nora Smith Boatright and preceded in death by two brothers, Earlish Boatright and Elton "Short" Boatright and a infant sister.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Margie Carter Boatright of Mershon, GA., his son, Teddy Ruben Boatright and wife Karen of Mershon, GA. and a step grandson, Brock Bennett of Buckhead, GA.
Funeral services will be Saturday, December 31st at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. R. C. James and R. B. Gaskins officiating. Interment will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Saturday from 12:00 PM until funeral time.
Crosby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
