Jack Aaron Turner, age 61, passed away April 22, 2026, at his residence surrounded by his children and grandchildren after an extended illness. He was born April 14,1965, in Concord, California to the late James Larry Turner and Joan Mobley Turner. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Michelle Turner and brother-in-law, Robbie Medders.

He worked for many years as a field consultant with Subway and found great joy in fishing, golfing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his sons, James and Jack Turner, both of Alma; daughters, Nichelle Morgan (Kyle), CJ Turner, and Kiera Medders, all of Alma; grandchildren, Addie Morgan, Kyler Morgan, Lennox Morgan, Catalina Moore, Annabelle Medders, Jace Rigdon, Bryce Rigdon, and Kensly Tennison (Landen); one great-grandchild, Oaklynn Tennison; sister, Jill Bailey (Tony) of Metter, GA; brothers-in-law, Mark Medders (Belinda) of Alma, Michael Medders (Denise) of Baxley, and Richie Medders of Alma; sister-in-law, Charlene Medders of FL; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday April 25, 2026, in the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home at 11 AM with Chaplain Brian Durden officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 10 AM until service time. Honorary pallbearers include Merissa, Sam, and Lynette with Community Hospice and Mandy Boatright, FNP and staff.
