Mr. Jack E. Wade, age 84, of Yulee, Florida passed away December 20, 2022 at the Warner Center in Fernandina Beach, Florida after a short illness. He was born             April 21, 1938 in Bacon County but had lived most of his life in Yulee, Florida.

Mr. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Simeon James Wade and Daisy Boatright Wade and sister, Corliss Stephens. Survivors include four children, Jack "Jackie" Wade (Kathy) of Yulee, FL. Gwendolyn Wade, Penny Cassano (Mark) of Green Cove Springs, FL and Corliss Willis (Billy) of Brunswick, GA; niece, Michelle Watson (Cricket) of Perry, FL; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Bro. Robert " Cricket" Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Corinth Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Tuesday at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until service time.

Active pallbearers will be; Treye Wade, Blake Cassano, Brett Cassano, Ashton Keith, Billy Willis and Ethan Walls.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
