Jacob Marshall Boatright, age 32, passed away suddenly on March 15 ^th in San Francisco, California, which had been his home since 2007. He was born on December 24, 1981 in Waycross to the late Jimmy Jacob Boatright and Joan Tanner Boatright.  Jacob was the grandson of the late Leonard Alton Tanner and Ruth Johnson Tanner of Alma as well as the late Jacob Boatright and Doris Howell Boatright of Mershon.   Jacob graduated from Ware County High School in 2000. Jacob was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Jacob Boatright, as well as his brother, Lee Hampton Boatright.  Survivors include his mother, Joan Tanner Boatright Landon and her husband Joseph A. Landon of Waycross; a sister, Kelly Boatright Sexton, her husband Jonny Sexton and their two sons, Austin Marshall Sexton and Dylan Jacob Sexton of Raleigh, North Carolina.  Jacob is also survived by several stepsiblings.  A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21 ^st at 3 pm at Damascus Primitive Baptist Church at 744 Damascus Church Hwy
