Jasmine Kianna Smith, infant daughter of Kevin Eric Smith and Tonysha Tarpley Smith of Waycross, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Anthony Simmons and uncles Cody Smith and Anthony Simmons, Jr.

Survivors include sisters Nivea, Peyton, Naomi, Kadynce and Raelyn Smith, brother Tyler Smith all of Waycross, paternal grandparents Tina Smith of Destin, FL., Kevin Smith of Alma, maternal grandmother Stephanie Tarpley of Folkston, aunts Ortinseeya, Arrieanna Tarpley of Folkston, GA., Shakiria Tapley of Illinois and Ziporia Hannah of Miami, FL., uncles Kendall Smith of Waycross, GA., Antonio Tarpley of Hawaii and Tony Simmons of Arizona.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 5 ^th at 4:00 PM at Wolf Pit Cemetery.
