Jeffery "Jeff" Brian Lee, age 63, of Alma passed away July 16, 2024 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born October 5, 1960 in Bacon County. He was preceded in death by his biological father, John Deral Whitaker, mother, Mary Vonnette Landrum Lee and stepfather John Franklin "Frank" Lee.

Mr. Lee was a member of New Union Baptist Church and Bacon Lodge # 56.

Survivors include his girlfriend, Angela Griffin and brothers, Kenneth Dearl Lee, and David Whitaker and two grandchildren, Addison Newman and Camden Merritt.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 20,2024 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Bishop R. B. Gaskins and Pastor Jonathan Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Elizabeth Chapel Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Colon Taylor, Jerry "Spider" Price, Shane Johnson, Freddy Andrews, George Swain, Sam Johnson and David Geraldo. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
