Major Jerome "Jerry" Eason II, age 62of Alma, passed away at Bacon CountyHospital on Saturday, June 2, 2018. Jerry was born in Alma, Georgia on March 19, 1956 to the late Henry Donald Eason and Carlene Rena Hutchinson Eason.

Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Pam Taylor Eason, four children, Maj Eason (Ashlee), Candy Livingston (Stan) and Bodi Rogers all of Alma and Mandy Burke (Chad) of Jesup, GA., two step children, Will Medders (Deena) and Payton Carter of Alma and 6 grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at Chapel of CrosbyFuneral Home on Monday, June  4, 2018 at 2:00 PMwith Rev. R. B. Gaskins officiating and Donald Eason will give a eulogy.  Burial will follow at Wesley ChapelChurch Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, June  3, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PMatCrosby Funeral.

Active pallbearers will be; Cabe Cartledge, Jamie Moore, Chris Lee, Kyle Pace, Brian Dixon, Russell Strickland, Donald Eason and Kevin Eason. All others in attendance will be considered honorary escorts.
