Jerry F. Smith, age 67, of Alma passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born on November 22, 1951 in Jacksonville, Florida to Jessie James Smith and Janice Smith. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Spivey Smith and a grandson, John Harvey Jewell.

Survivors include four children, Michael Pate Smith of Alma, GA., Jeremy Smith (Ashley) of Mooresville, NC., Melissa Dunn (Brad) of Tifton, GA., and Frances Newbern (John) of Lakeland, GA., 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at the home of Mr. Smith 115 Dove Dr. Alma, GA. 31510 on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 5:00 PM with Sister Pat Sellers officiating.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
